The VPS-400™does not draw excess energy in idle mode; whereas today's power supplies in idle mode convert excess standby energy to heat.

 

The VPS-400™ size is identical to current power supplies; so there will be no need for reengineering--just swap out the old power supply and begin your energy savings.

The VPS-400™energy savings occurs over the entire load range: from 10% to 100% load.

Our products are now being tested by independent agencies and Beta sites. They will be available in the third quarter, 2008.

Our server model, VPS-400™ qualifies for rebates from many utilities for its outstanding energy savings.

The expected payback period for customers who retrofit their exhisting power supplies will be less than eighteen months. When the Verde power supply is original equipment, the premium price will be recovered in a few months.
